Any table on the web,
one click to CSV.

GridGrabber plucks rows straight out of the page — listings, directories, dashboards, that one ancient intranet system everyone hates — and hands you a clean spreadsheet. No scraping scripts. No copy-paste carpal tunnel.

2-minute setup Cancel anytime Works offline

Built for tables that don't want to be tabled.

Point at the page, pick your table, download a CSV. That's it. That's the feature list — but we padded it out below.

Smart detection

Finds every table on a page — including divs that are pretending to be tables. Click the one you want.

Green overlay, one click

GridGrabber paints every table on the page with a green overlay. Click the one you want. No CSS selectors, no fiddling.

Clean columns

Strips the garbage. Prices, phone numbers and dates come out in formats a spreadsheet will actually parse.

CSV in, Excel-ready

Exports a clean CSV straight to your Downloads folder. Opens right up in Excel, Numbers, Sheets — whatever you live in.

Stays on your machine

Everything happens locally in your browser. We don't see your pages, your rows, or your questionable search history.

Instant

The whole flow — click the extension, click the table, save the file — takes about four seconds. We timed it.

Three clicks. That's the whole pitch.

STEP 01

Click the grabber

Pin GridGrabber in your toolbar. Hit it when you're staring at a table you want.

STEP 02

Click the table

Every table on the page lights up with a green overlay. Click the one you want. The rest disappear.

STEP 03

Grab.

A clean CSV lands in your Downloads folder. Open it in Excel, Numbers, Sheets — wherever.

CSV

Real-estate teams swear by it.

Listings databases, agent directories, county records — the kind of table you'd normally need three browser tabs and a pot of coffee to wrangle. Grab the rows, send them to Sheets, mail-merge the postcards. Done before the kettle boils.

It works for sales ops, analysts, journalists, recruiters and that one friend who still runs a fantasy league in Excel. Basically anywhere a web page has a grid on it.

The things people usually ask.

Short answer: almost always. It handles standard HTML tables, styled divs-pretending-to-be-tables, and most paginated lists. If it can't detect structure on a site you need, email us and we'll usually have a fix out in a day or two.
Nope. Grabbing and exporting all happen locally in your browser. The only thing that talks to our servers is your license check — a small ping that confirms you're a subscriber. Nothing from the pages you visit ever leaves your machine.
Your single subscription can be active on up to three Chrome installs at the same time — say, your work laptop, personal desktop, and that old Chromebook in the kitchen. Need to swap? Revoke a device from your account page and sign in on the new one. Takes about ten seconds.
Yes. Billing is month-to-month through Stripe. Cancel from your account page and you'll keep access until the end of the current period. We won't make you talk to anyone. Promise.
No trial, no free tier. $8 a month, one price, no "basic vs pro" nonsense. If it's not for you, cancel from your account — no questions asked. Note: we don't offer refunds on the first month, so poke around the FAQ and make sure it's the right fit before you subscribe.
Chrome only. GridGrabber is built for Google Chrome and we're not currently supporting other browsers. If that changes, we'll shout about it.
Send us the URL and a screenshot. We add support for weird tables all the time, and paying subscribers get first-in-line treatment. Usually we push an update within the week.

We reply. With actual words.
